Refund policy

Dane End Christmas Tree Farm pride themselves on selecting the best possible Christmas Trees and products available.  Should any product sold by Dane End Christmas Tree Farm not meet the high standards our customers expect a full return and refund process is available.

If a customer is unhappy with the tree a refund is available within 24 hours, If you have emailed us within 24 hours of placing your order we will be able to offer you a refund in full. Cancellations beyond this period will be handled on a individual basis and we cannot guarantee a full refund will be available. You MUST notify us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order, we won't be able to refund you if the tree has already been dispatched. 

Customers can also contact Dane End Christmas Tree Farm directly at any time during the life of their Christmas Tree and we guarantee the tree is properly cared for for the duration of the Christmas Period.

Accessories and other products
Dane End Christmas Tree Farm will accept either a replacement or a full refund for any products found to be defective on arrival. Please contact Pines and Needles directly for more information.
